Hi there, I'm Emily! I am a born and breed southland girl who currently lives in Invercargill.

Southern Occupational Therapy is born of two things, a love for working with people and a love for the greater southland area.

Professional Supervision
Are you new to the Occupational Therapy profession? Do you need a supervisor? I offer weekly (for new graduates) and monthly supervision sessions. These can take place in person or over MS Teams
Sensory Assessments
I offer sensory assessments from the age of 3. This can come in many forms depending on the needs of the client and feedback is given with recommendations of how to work with sensory needs.
School observation
I offer school observations that can be used to inform larger assessments for ADHD, autism and learning difficulties.
Support with mental health for child/adolescents
I offer in person and online therapy for child and adolescents who are struggling with all mental health concerns
Support of mental health for adults
I offer in person and online therapy for adults who are struggling with all mental health concerns
Family therapy
I offer in person and online therapy for families who are struggling with disagreements, parenting differences, relationship issues and more
